Initially I was very underwhelmed with this template. It looked cool with the graphics and from what I saw online, It seemed as if it was only for one type of story. As I dug deeper into the program I saw the versatility of it. The main thing that helped me was the story creation tools. It’s a step by step guide to creating your comic/story. I have psyched myself out and delayed my project for years due to excuses and self sabotage. The step by step creation tools helps me stay on task and actually make progress. It’s almost like homework or a self study of your project. The questions and checklists helps you vet your story and make sure there is no stone left unturned. I can finally see my creation coming to fruition. If you are having doubts about your story or don’t know where to start I recommend this template. It will help you from idea to final product.
Great tools to get you really thinking about your story and builds motivation to keep pushing as you see things start to come together all in one neat organized area!!
This is exactly what I needed to help push through the series I work on. I had all the details organized in my drive but couldn't easily access everything at once. Storycraft is such a huge resource especially for someone who wants to remain independent and not have to rely on a publisher.
It’s a fine enough system, but it’s a series of separate notion templates that don’t work well together, with no manual or learning functions. YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO USE NOTION LIKE A PRO TO USE IT EFFECTIVELY.
I would ask for a refund but the maker doesn’t give any.
Took a bit of getting used to since I’m not used to anything staying organized.
But really helped basically having something that basically did the hard part of getting my story in order!^^
This was my first time using a story focused notion, I have only used notion a few times and didn't like it but with this format I find it easier to use notion and to work out the direction of the template, its very easy to use and I love the drop down tabs and the extra details put into it. I have yet to dive into every sector with information yet but it is making things flow better. I recommend
Im still new using it. But I like how every category is simple to understand and organized in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming. And I like the ai feature to help me breakdown my story in a way I can explain it.
Its easy enough to use. Im just having personally a little trouble giving myself the motivation for actually using it. But overall its easy and clean so i like it.
It’s amazing. Helps me organize all of my most important information. Not all my stories are fantasy so I have had to go and change some things, add stuff, and relabel things for different story needs. But everything is amazing. Really helps me plan out my story in a way that helps me keep reach and excited to write.
This will definitely be a major tool I continue to use!!
I’m glad it turned out being exactly what I was hoping for. Take your time reading the set instructions and you should find it really easy to use and customize.
Just getting started, but so far so good. I've had a lot in my head that I'm finally getting down, and organized, and it's spurred me on into truly moving forward with my ideas. Definitely a game changer for me!
